The book is written and provided by Raül Gimeno Carcedo (see the legal notice), publishing under the name Ray Dawson. The sale is processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record: it charges you, handles the VAT or sales tax owed where you are, and issues your receipt.
The Home Buyer's Manual — a digital publication in PDF, 116 pages, delivered as an immediate download. Nothing physical is shipped. You also receive any later corrected editions at no extra cost.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT or sales tax, which Lemon Squeezy adds at checkout based on your location. Payment in full at purchase. Price changes never affect a purchase already made.

Separately, EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal; for digital content delivered immediately that right is lost once download begins and you have consented at checkout.
